The Province of Trapani is an alternation of mountains (Mount Sparagio 1,100 mt, 1,000 mt Monte Inici, Mount Bonifato 825 mt, 751 mt Monte Erice) and large flat areas (Val di Mazara) along the beautiful coast, fronted by West Egadi Archipelago, south of the distant island of Pantelleria, very close to the African continent.
The region has numerous but short courses of the water.
